A: We supply refrigerant gas:R245fa, R407A , R134A , R404A , R407C , R410A, R600A , R290 , R227EA,R236fa and other new type refrigerants with good quality and very competitive price. Packing: Disposable Cylinder:15lbs, 30lbs, 50lbs; CE Cylinder: 12.3L, 14.3L, 50L; DOT: 30lbs, 50lbs; Besides, we can provide 50L, 60L, 100L, 400L, 500L, 800L, 926, 1000L cylinders and low and high pressure tank. 4 Do you have a license? < Consulting your customer whether they have HCFCs import license. > 5 How can we import refrigerant? How can we import refrigerant? A: As we are doing the export business. We have all right to export gas to our customer’s country. But customers need have the import license for clearing the cargo. 6 What is the payment do you accept? Our main payment is by T/T. 30% paid as deposit in advance, 70% balance paid at sight of copy B/L. We also accept L/C, West Union etc, but need further discussion. 7 How can we know about the quality? About the quality, our testing standard is by the gas purity. We can offer customers certificate COA and MSDS of the gas , also customers can do SGS and third party tested is welcomed. 8 Are freight charges extra? Freight charges extra if we do the FOB price. But we can also do the CIF which will including the freight and insurance. 9 How will I know if my order was shipped? When the copy bill of Leading was sent to u, that means the goods was sailed. 10 What is your MOQ? MOQ: One 20 feet container 11 What is your delivery time? 15days after down payment is the delivery time we do. 12 Do you usually take participate in international exhibitions? A: We are involved in many international Refrigeration Exhibitions, such as Russia, Brazil, Thailand, Germany and other international exhibitions. ‘STATGETCHEM’ group will participate in international exhibition 2-3times annually. A: As usual, our MOQ is one 20 feet container /1140 cylinder for 13.6kg/30lb 15. Do you have FM ,UL ,REACH Certificate? A: We have, we can supply you high quality with xxx Certificate B: Sorry, we don’t have, but we can supply you high quality with xxx Certificate 16. What is the delivery time after payment? A: Usually it is about 15-20days, for HCFCs, it will be a little long, about 25days, as it need apply export license from government 17. Do you have your independent brand ? A: Yes, we have our brand, COOLIB ,PURVAN and SCIRR. 18. What is your quotation valid time? A: as the price under fluctuation with the market situation, usually valid time is about 3-7days. 20. Do you have dealer or agent in (xxx)…….? A: Yes we have in XXX… B: Sorry, we don’t have yet. It depends on a/c system of your tractor,you may check the tractor's user manual to see if you can use refrigerant R134a on it. 22. How to deal with the redundant R134a? If you can't use all of the R134a in one time,please keep the valve tight to the can top and store in a cool and dry condition without reach of children. 23. Can I hold the upside down while charging? Only when you feel that the can is almost empty you can hold it upside down to remove all the refrigerant. 24. Do I have to use a special tool to add R134a to my auto A/C? Yes. You should use a tool named as "R134a recharge tool/hose/kit", and follow the instructions on it. You can buy it in the automotive accessories stores or supermarkets. 25. Is there any oil or sealant in the R134a?
